SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping & Delivery
- In-stock items are shipped by post or specialist courier within 2 business days in Switzerland and approximately 5 to 15 business days internationally, from order confirmation and receipt of full payment by HOOT SA. Where possible, multiple items ordered to the same address are shipped together to minimise delivery costs.
- PLEASE NOTE: HOOT SA does not deliver to PO boxes and does not ship to minors or persons under guardianship without written authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.
- The delivery address will correspond to the information provided at the time of your order.
- In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer, any costs incurred from a returned package may be charged to the customer by HOOT SA.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with reference labels attached), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices, Taxes & Customs
Prices are displayed in Swiss francs, euros or US dollars based on the daily exchange rate. HOOT SA reserves the right to modify prices at any time prior to order placement.
Shipping costs are displayed separately and confirmed at checkout.
Prices include applicable Swiss VAT. For orders delivered outside Switzerland, any import taxes, duties, customs fees or clearance charges levied in the destination country are not included in the price and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments may be subject to customs inspection — HOOT SA accepts no liability in this regard.
In summary, the total amount confirmed at checkout includes:
- The price of the ordered item(s)
- Applicable Swiss VAT
- Shipping costs
It does not include any taxes, duties or customs fees applicable in the destination country, which are solely the buyer's responsibility.
No order will be dispatched until HOOT SA has received full payment. All credit card payments are subject to validity checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
