Delivery and transport

• The shipping of the available items is made by post or specialized courier, within 2 working days in Switzerland and about 5 to 15 working days from the order confirmation for abroad and receipt of the total price by HOOT SA. Whenever possible, the grouped order of several articles to the same address and the same customer is sent together in order to limit delivery costs.
• PLEASE NOTE: HOOT SA does not deliver its parcels to P.O. Boxes and does not deliver any merchandise to minors or under guardianship, except with written authorization of the parents or guardian.
• The delivery address will correspond to the data you will have indicated when you placed your order.
• In case of error of address on the part of the customer, the expenses generated by a return of product could be invoiced by HOOT SA to the customer.

Return or exchange of goods

• Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 14 days of receipt of your package. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Prices, taxes and customs formalities

The prices are indicated in Swiss francs, euros or dollars according to the current exchange rate. HOOT SA reserves the right to modify the selling prices at any time before any order.

Delivery costs are indicated separately and to be validated at the time of payment.

The prices indicated include the possible Swiss VAT applicable to each order. In the case of orders for delivery outside Switzerland, taxes, in particular import taxes, duties and other customs or clearance fees, which may be levied in the country of destination are not included in the price and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. The recipient may also be subject to other customs or import obligations in the country of destination. Deliveries abroad are subject to inspection by customs authorities, HOOT SA does not assume any responsibility in this respect.

In summary, the total price of the transaction validated at the time of the order contains :

1) the price of the item(s) ordered,

2) Swiss VAT, if applicable, and

3) delivery costs.

The total price of the transaction validated at the time of the order does not include possible taxes (in particular VAT), duties and other customs charges, collected in the country of destination and which are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Any product ordered will be shipped only when HOOT SA will have obtained full payment of the transaction, this may affect the delivery time indicated on the site. All credit card payments are subject to a validity check by the card issuer who must also authorize the use of the card.
